Gabriela: The Economy [01/27/09 class]

Last class was spent mostly talking about what is going to go on in the class, regarding the syllabus, chapter 1 & 3, and the projects that are to come. Because no major topic was discussed i have chosen to talk about the Economy, specifically on President Obama's new predictions. President Obama warns that " more US banks are likely to fail, as the full extent on their economic losses in the economic crisis become clear." He goes on to say that, " We can expect that we're going to have to do more to shore up the financial system."
